8 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Sales Product Specialist - Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale currently has one opening for a Sales Product Specialist.
This position serves as our dealership's brand genius and is tasked with re-delivering each vehicle sold by our sales staff to its new owner.
As technology grows and changes, our customers require continuing expert education about how to best enjoy their new Land Rover or Jaguar.
The Sales Product Specialist will be introduced to clients during the initial sales process and schedule a second delivery of each customer's new vehicle.
You will provide a tailored re-delivery designed to target areas the customer has questions regarding, but also those they have yet to discover.
Oftentimes, you will visit clients at their homes or offices to review features, options, and operations of their new Land Rover or Jaguar.
Requirements:
Strong computer and phone skills; will be responsible for setting up customers' Bluetooth systems, going over navigation systems and other technology features Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer skills Experience representing a prestige brand preferred Able to create and maintain customer relationships Self-motivated and driven to succeed Prior dealership experience preferred Ability to work as part of a team Ability to receive feedback and implement recommendations for improvement Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability standards Why Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale?
