To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a commercial real estate company, is looking for a Resource Coordinator in their Hinsdale office.
This role is responsible for elevating the agent experience by delivering the highest level of hospitality to agents in the office.
They are responsible for maintaining an elevated office ambiance, stocking all necessary supplies, and providing hands-on support to any agent in need.
Resource Coordinators work as a team to support the marketing needs, hands-on in-office support, providing one-on-one trainings on all resources provided.
The ideal candidate has a customer focused mindset who can manage shifting priorities.
This position is onsite Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
Responsibilities:
o Greet all agents and clients who enter the office with genuine warmtho Anticipate agent needs and strive to provide assistance at all timeso Encourage and lead one-on-one trainings with agents on all Jameson resourceso Responsible for answering all phone calls and transferring calls as neededo Assist agents with paperwork needs, including sending paperwork to clientso Complete reporting tasks related to Title and Mortgage capture as assignedo Order supplies as needed for the office, including brochure papero Maintain a beautiful and clean office spaceo Assist agents with general computer and mobile phone questionso Provide one-on-one training for agents on IT tools as neededo Promptly respond to marketing requests from while promoting brand uniformity08022023_1691007672 To Apply for this Job Click Here Recommended Skills Mortgage Loans Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
