Position
Summary:
The Fleet and Facilities team member will oversee all aspects of our company's fleet of vehicles and facilities.
This includes vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal, as well as the management and maintenance of our office spaces, warehouses, and other facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet and facilities management, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key
Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet management strategy to optimize vehicle utilization, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
Procure, lease, and dispose of company vehicles as needed.
Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Manage vehicle inspections, registrations, and insurance policies.
Monitor and analyze fleet performance and recommend improvements.
Facilities Management:
Complete the general maintenance of facilities and operation of office spaces, warehouses, and other company facilities.
Develop and manage facility maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs and renovations.
Plan and execute space allocation and office layout changes as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement safety protocols and training programs for employees operating company vehicles.
Ensure compliance with fleet and facilities' environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Maintain records and documentation related to safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Strong communication and ability to carry out delegated tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
