is a boutique law firm located in Hinsdale, Illinois.
We are seeking a full-time, in-office, legal assistant to assist our two attorneys with a variety of legal work, which may consist of business entity formation and maintenance, estate plan document compilation, and trust and estate administration.
In addition to legal work responsibilities, this position would be responsible for certain administrative functions such as answering phone calls, email communications, receiving and sending out mail, maintaining the file system, and client billing and accounts payable.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a legal environment preferred Compensation:
